For the post of Demo Artist (ERP Division)
ELIGIBILITY:
Any Graduate with extensive knowledge and understanding the ERP-product
Very good communication skill
Good understanding of accounts / finance practice for industry
Domain knowledge of business process / operations for industry
WORK EXPERIENCE: 4-7 Years in ERP field (Preferably 2/3 years in software engineering / Media-Production/ Specifically ERP Sales)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Meeting up with corporate clients and reseller; Technically assisting the Sales Manager.
Demonstration about the Software/ ERP Products to the potential customer
Answering all the technical queries regarding the application, properties, troubleshooting etc, posed by potential customer.
Installation of the software at the client side and subsequent training @ first phase
Post Sales Servicing/ Troubleshooting
Maintaining good relation with existing customer and open up new clients by reference
