Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Location : United States (USA)
SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPERS / TECHNICAL LEAD ON H1 VISA FOR
USA FOR OCTOBER 2008 QUOTA
Minimum 5 years of experience on Java/J2EE based
technology
Atleast 2 years of working experience on Spring +
Hibernate framework
Use of Struts, JSF or any such industry standard
framework in a dev! elopment / maintenance project is
a must
Eclipse or equivalent IDE knowledge is a must
Experience with one of the Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss
or any such equivalent application server is a must
Working knowledge of XML / XSLT is a must
Should have Knowledge and experience in writing oracle
sql and stored procedures.
Communication and IPR skills need to be good
Also good client consultative skills are a plus.
Projects on Service Oriented Architectures (SoA) using
SOAP protocol would be an added plus
Use of source control tools like VSS, SVN, PVC is a
must
Use of build tools like ANT, Maven or equivalent is a
must
Working knowledge of Industry standard tools like
JUnit, log4j, etc is a must
Experience with client side rich applications using
AJAX or Flash would be a big plus
Design Patterns and Object Oriented Application
knowledge is a must
Any experience on US based projects on Java / J2EE
will be an added plu! s.
