Java (Hibernate) opening with CMM Level 3 Company, Mumbai

Position:

Positions: Team Leader, Project Lead, Project Manager, Senior Developer —J2EE
1. Experience in handling multiple projects (2-3) using J2EE with a fixed team
2. Experience in developing with XML, XSLT, Core Java, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Spring and web services is a must
3. Experience in developing with one of the following database systems is a must
a. Oracle
b. MYSQL
c. MS SQL 2000/2005
4. Experience in developing with one of the following Application Servers is a must
a. Tomcat
b. JBoss
c. WebLogic
5. Knowledge in eLearning would be an added advantage.
6. Experience in mentoring and leading teams of 5-10 individuals
7. Overall experience of 4-6 years as a technologist
8. Should be able to independently take responsibility of project deliverables
9. Should be able to assist the Project Manager in communicating with customers.
Should have good oral and written skills
10. Should be able to draft System Requirement Specifications and Details system design documents for projects
11. Should be able to develop and write test plans and test cases
12. Should be able to interact with customers to gather requirements in the early stage of projects with the project managers
13. Should be able to assist Project Managers/Solutions Architect in estimations during the pre-sales stage
