We are currently in the process of creating India's next-generation, flex-based, top cricket gaming website, with a focus on Fantasy Cricket.
The job description of our IT Head would be to lead and manage a team of IT professionals to maintain and constantly add features to our cricket gaming website, set to launch on 1st December, 2008.
Our office is at Kamala Mills at Lower Parel, Mumbai, and is currently under construction.
Our portal is purely flex-based with the backend in ASP.NET and MSSQL and hence experience in a Flex environment with MSSQL and ASP.NET environments is crucial. Apart from that knowledge of Flash, Actionscript, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Java, Ajax, XML, CSS, DHTML, HTML, MSSQL, Linux Servers would definitely be and added advantage for this position.
We would also prefer this person to be a cricket enthusiast. He/She should also possess strong team management and leadership abilities with versatile technical experience and excellent communication skills, as well as be able to guide employees in ASP.NET, MSSQL, ActionScript and Flex and lead the team from concept visualization to the finished product and maintenance.
The person we are looking for will be heading a team of 6 programmers and be responsible for leading the company and showing it the right path on all technology related issues as well as be actively involved in the development of new products.
